How to grow sprouts out of chia sprouting seeds:

  1. Soak the chia seeds for just 10-15 minutes. These seeds are gelatinous, so they retain moisture around the seed creating jelly.

  2. Spread the seeds evenly on a tray, like terracotta sprouting tower‘s tray. Sprouting jars aren’t suitable for chia seeds.

  3. Water the seeds using a plant mister once a day. When the first leaves have grown, increase the watering time to 2-3 times a day.

  4. When grown, store the sprouts in the refrigerator.

  5. Make sure to wash the sprouts before eating.
