How to grow sprouts out of cress sprouting seeds:
Growing cress sprouts differs from many other sprouts, as cress seeds are gelatinous. Because of that, you only have to soak seeds for 10-15 minutes.
Next, spread the seeds evenly on a growing tray, like terracotta sprouting tower.
Water the seeds using a plant mister once a day, and once the first leaves have grown, water them 2-3 times a day.
Once sprouted, store the sprouts refrigerated.
Wash the sprouts before eating.
