How to grow sprouts out of fenugreek sprouting seeds:

  1. Soak the seeds for 10h and remove the broken ones.

  2. Rinse the soaked seeds well and spread them on the terracotta sprouting tower‘s tray. You can also use the sprouting jar.

  3. Keep rinsing and watering the seeds daily, until they are fully germinated in 3-5 days.

  4. Then, sprouts can be stored in the fridge for 1-2 weeks.

  5. Before eating the sprouts, please wash them.
