Mung bean (Vigna radiata) are one of the most popular sprouts due to their delicious taste and crunch.

How to grow sprouts out of mung bean sprouting seeds:

Soak seeds for 10h and remove the broken ones.

After soaking, rinse the seeds well under water and spread them evenly on the terracotta sprouting tower's tray or put them in the sprouting jar.

Keep rinsing and watering the seeds daily, preferably, 2-3 times a day until they are fully germinated. With mung bean sprouting seeds this will take around 3 days.

When ready, sprouts can be stored refrigerated.

Before consumption please wash sprouts in the same way as washing a normal salad and with the same kind of products.
