Shipping policy
Processing and shipping
Currently, we ship to the EU countries, as well as to Norway and Switzerland and with a limited selection to the US (worldwide through Etsy). All the Seedor orders are shipped from Berlin, Germany. Your order will be processed and shipped within 6 working days. Shipping is realised by DHL Go Green, climate friendly shipping, and potentially by DHL’s partners in some destination countries. Small packages are sent with Deutsche Post Warenpost. With the shipment confirmation sent to your email, you’ll receive the tracking code for your package.
If you want to order outside of EU, some products are available for international shipping through our Etsy-shop!
Shipping costs
Orders from Germany are shipped for free when the order is over 70€. To the other EU countries the minimum order for free shipping is 100€. Orders below these sums have following shipping costs to following countries:

Additional taxes and import duties for orders from a non-EU country must be declared and paid to the relevant authorities of the importing country by the purchaser of the goods.
Delivery times
Delivery times might vary depending on, for example, the shipping address and country. Usually, shipments are delivered within 7 working days to Germany, and from 7 to 16 working days to other countries.
Pick up in Berlin
Local pick up is currently not available.
Orders failed to deliver
If your order was delivered to a post office please pick it up on time. If the package is sent back due to not picked up on time, please get in touch. Note, that we cannot refund you the shipping cost in such case.
