Alfalfa Sprouting Seeds

Besides being extremely delicious on, for example, sandwiches, Alfalfa (Medicago Sativa) sprouts germinate and grow really fast. If you want mild sprouts fast, Alfalfa is for you!

How to grow sprouts out of alfalfa sprouting seeds:

1. Soak the seeds overnight and remove the broken seeds.
2. After that, rinse the seeds and place them on the sprouting dish, you can use either the terracotta sprouting tower or the sprouting jar set.
3. Make sure to rinse the sprouts daily.
4. Once the sprouts are fully germinated (in around 4-6 days) store the sprouts in the fridge.
5. Give the sprouts a wash before consuming them.
