How to grow sprouts out of fennel sprouting seeds:

1. Soak seeds for 8-10 h.

2. After that, rinse the seeds and spread them evenly on the terracotta sprouting tower‘s tray or use the sprouting jar.

3. Keep rinsing and watering the seeds daily until they are grown. With fennel sprouting seeds this can take a bit longer than with other sprouting seeds, around 10-14 days.

4. When sprouted, store refrigerated.

5. Make sure to rinse the sprouts before eating.
