Leek Sprouting Seeds

How to grow sprouts out of leek sprouting seeds:

1. Soak seeds overnight.

2. After soaking, rinse well  and spread the seeds on the terracotta sprouting tower or put them in the sprouting jar.

3. Keep rinsing and watering the seeds daily until they are fully germinated. Leek sprouts grow slower than many other sprouts, it can take up to 12 days.

4. When ready, sprouts can be stored refrigerated.

5. Make sure to rinse the sprouts before eating.
