Lentil Sprouting Seeds

Lentil (Lens Esculenta) sprouts have a slight nutty taste to them. Lentil sprouts taste delicious in soups, salads and stews.

How to grow sprouts out of lentil sprouting seeds:

1. Soak seeds overnight and take out the broken ones.

2. You can use both the terracotta sprouting tower and the sprouting jar to grow lentil sprouts. Rinse the seeds well before putting them to to growing place.

3. Keep rinsing and watering the seeds daily until they are fully germinated.

4. When ready in 3-4 days, keep the sprouts in the fridge. 

5. Wash the sprouts before eating.
