Mustard Sprouting Seeds

With Mustard (Sinapis Alba) you can add the flavour of mustard and horseradish to your woks and salads. It is also suitable for decorating the dishes.

How to grow sprouts out of mustard sprouting seeds:

1. Soak seeds for 8-10 h or overnight.

2. After soaking, rinse the seeds well under water and before spreading them on the terracotta sprouting tower‘s tray in the sprouting jar.

3. Keep rinsing the seeds daily. Germination of mustard seeds will happen in around 4-5 days.

4. When ready, store the sprouts refrigerated.

5. Make sure to give the sprouts a proper wash before eating them.
