Red Adzuki sprouting seeds (Phaseolus Angularis)

Let the sprouts grow at least to 1.5 cm long before consuming them raw. To soften consistency of the sprouts, you can lightly steam them.
How to grow sprouts out of red adzuki sprouting seeds:

Soak seeds for 10h or overnight, and remove the broken ones.

Rinse the seeds well and spread them evenly on the terracotta sprouting tower‘s tray or put them in the sprouting jar.

Rinse the seeds daily while they grow. Red adzuki sprouting seeds will take around 3-4 days to be fully germinated.

When ready, sprouts can be stored in the fridge.

Before consumption make sure to wash the sprouts.
