How to grow sprouts out of red cabbage sprouting seeds:

1. Soak seeds for about 10h.

2. After soaking, rinse the seeds well and spread them on the terracotta sprouting tower‘s tray evenly, or put them in the sprouting jar.

3. Rinse the seeds daily until they are fully germinated in around 4-6 days. 

4. When ready, sprouts can be stored in the fridge.

5. Make sure to wash the sprouts before consumption.
